• Can you hold a place before I apply?

  No.

• Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

  No. Security deposit cannot be used to pay any rent.

• How old do you have to be to apply?

  18 years old.

• Is the deposit refundable?

  Security deposits are refundable for qualified tenants.

• You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

  Click on our rental portal.

• How do I pay rent?

  You can pay rent online, or through our Resident Mobile App. You can also drop payments to HFPM office.

• I want to get a pet. What do I do?

  Inform your property manager and get permission. Pet addendum and pet fee applies.

• I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

  Call your property manager.

• My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

  You are required to give HFPM minimum 30 days notice to vacate.

• Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

  Tenants pay for all maintenance repairs under $75.00. Owners pay for all non-tenant indicted repairs over $75.00.
