    • Eunice Ooi, a native of Penang, Malaysia, has been involved with real estate and property management since she graduated college. Eunice moved to Gulfport, Mississippi after graduating from University of South Alabama in 2005, where she studied Business, majoring in Finance. Eunice currently lives in Gulfport with her husband and three children. Other than English, Eunice also speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwainese, Taishan, TeoChew, Hokkien, and Malay.

      Eunice is known for integrity, diplomacy and sincerity in all her dealings. In her tenure in the business, she has first and foremost strived to be someone in whom her clientele and colleagues can put their trust and faith. Eunice values relationships over transactions, and much of her business comes from respect clients or referrals. Whether its a starter home, investment property, or second home, Eunice provides the same level of unmatched service for all of her buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants at any stage of their real estate journey.

    • Crystal Boggs, Co-owner of HomeFront Property Management, is also owner of NextHome HomeFront in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. Crystal is a native of North Carolina. She is also a military spouse who has dealt with numerous relocations personally. Her goal is to help more military families with PCSing and purchasing/selling homes, while investing in real estate.
