Yes. HFPM Property Manager is a licensed REALTOR in the State of Mississippi. -
How and when do I get my checks?
HFPM releases payments between 10th to 15th monthly. -
How is rent collection handled?
Tenants can pay online, through Resident Mobile App or drop payments to our office. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
HFPM typically signs 12 months leases. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
HFPM charges 1 month deposit to qualified tenants. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Immediately. -
What type of properties do you manage?
Single Family to Multi-family residential. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
HFPM owners get monthly report/statement. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
HFPM holds tenants' security deposits in an escrow account.
